ما هي طلاقة
طلاقة منصّة تعليمية جزائرية. الأستاذ يكتب الدورة ويفتح الفوج، المؤسسة تسجّل أساتذتها وطلبتها، والتلميذ ينضم ويدفع. المنصّة تؤكّد كل دفعة قبل أن يُفتح المقعد، وتنشر الفوج للعامة بعد مراجعة.
الحساب
- إنشاء الفضاء مجاني للأستاذ والمؤسسة. لا يُنشر شيء قبل أن تراه أنت.
- حساب التلميذ يلزم اسماً ورقم هاتف أو بريداً، وتأكيداً برمز من ستّة أرقام.
- إذا كان عمر التلميذ أقلّ من 16 سنة، ينشئ الحساب وليّه ويوافق على هذه الشروط.
- يمكنك حذف حسابك من الإعدادات في أي وقت.
الدفع
- السعر يضعه الأستاذ أو المؤسسة على الفوج. لا سعر على الدورة وحدها.
- الدفع يدوي بالدينار الجزائري (تحويل / CCP / BaridiMob أو ما تعلنه الفاتورة). لا نجمع بيانات بطاقة بنكية.
- بعد التسجيل تصلك فاتورة بمرجع. ترسل إثبات الدفع، وتؤكّد المنصّة خلال ساعات العمل قبل فتح المقعد.
- عمولة المنصّة تُقتطع عند تأكيد الدفع: 3٪ إن كان الفوج تابعاً لمؤسسة، 5٪ للأستاذ المستقل، 10٪ إن استقبلت طلاقة المبلغ.
- أول مستويين مجانيان للتلميذ حيث يعلن الفوج ذلك. يمكنك الإلغاء قبل تأكيد الدفع دون رسوم.
- بعد تأكيد الدفع، الاسترجاع يكون بالتوافق مع الأستاذ أو المؤسسة عبر المنصّة — راسل contact@study-fy.com.
المحتوى والحصص
- المحتوى ملك لكاتبه. بنشره على طلاقة تسمح بعرضه للمسجّلين في فوجه.
- الحصّة المباشرة تنعقد داخل المنصّة. لا يحق تسجيلها أو إعادة نشرها دون إذن صاحبها.
- طلاقة قد تخفي فوجاً أو حساباً يخلّ بالاحترام، أو ينتحل صفة، أو يعرض سعراً مضلّلاً.
المسؤولية
طلاقة تيسّر اللقاء والدفع والمتابعة. جودة التدريس تبقى على الأستاذ أو المؤسسة. القانون الجزائري هو المرجع عند النزاع.
Conditions d’utilisation
Talaqa est une plateforme éducative algérienne. Le professeur écrit le cours et ouvre le groupe, l’établissement inscrit ses enseignants et ses élèves, l’élève rejoint et paie. La plateforme confirme chaque paiement avant d’ouvrir la place.
Compte
- Ouvrir l’espace est gratuit pour le professeur et l’établissement. Rien n’est publié avant que vous ne l’ayez vu.
- Un compte élève exige un nom, un téléphone ou un e-mail, et un code à six chiffres.
- En dessous de 16 ans, le compte est créé par un parent ou tuteur, qui accepte ces conditions.
- Vous pouvez supprimer votre compte depuis les paramètres à tout moment.
Paiement
- Le prix est fixé par le professeur ou l’établissement sur le groupe. Un cours nu n’a pas de prix.
- Le paiement est manuel en dinars (virement / CCP / BaridiMob selon la facture). Aucune donnée de carte n’est collectée.
- Après l’inscription, une facture avec référence vous est envoyée. Vous transmettez la preuve ; Talaqa confirme avant d’ouvrir la place.
- Commission prélevée à la confirmation : 3 % si le groupe appartient à un établissement, 5 % pour un professeur indépendant, 10 % si Talaqa encaisse.
- Les deux premiers niveaux sont gratuits lorsque le groupe l’annonce. Annulation sans frais tant que le paiement n’est pas confirmé.
- Après confirmation, un remboursement se discute avec le professeur ou l’établissement via la plateforme — écrivez à contact@study-fy.com.
Contenu et séances
- Le contenu appartient à son auteur. Le publier sur Talaqa autorise son affichage aux inscrits du groupe.
- La séance en direct a lieu dans la plateforme. L’enregistrer ou la republier exige l’accord de son auteur.
- Talaqa peut retirer un groupe ou un compte qui manque de respect, usurpe une identité, ou affiche un prix trompeur.
Responsabilité
Talaqa facilite la rencontre, le paiement et le suivi. La qualité de l’enseignement reste celle du professeur ou de l’établissement. Le droit algérien s’applique en cas de litige.
Terms of use
Talaqa is an Algerian learning platform. A teacher writes the course and opens a group, a school enrols its teachers and students, and a student joins and pays. The platform confirms every payment before a seat opens.
Accounts
- Opening a space is free for teachers and schools. Nothing is published before you have seen it.
- A student account needs a name, a phone number or email, and a six-digit confirmation code.
- Under 16, a parent or guardian creates the account and accepts these terms.
- You can delete your account from Settings at any time.
Payment
- The teacher or school sets the price on the group. A bare course has no price.
- Payment is manual in Algerian dinars (transfer / CCP / BaridiMob as stated on the invoice). We never collect card data.
- After sign-up you receive an invoice with a reference. You send proof of payment; Talaqa confirms it before the seat opens.
- Commission is taken at confirmation: 3% when the group belongs to a school, 5% for an independent teacher, 10% when Talaqa collects.
- The first two levels are free when the group says so. You may cancel at no cost before payment is confirmed.
- After confirmation, a refund is agreed with the teacher or school through the platform — write to contact@study-fy.com.
Content and classes
- Content belongs to its author. Publishing it on Talaqa lets enrolled members of that group see it.
- Live classes run inside the platform. Recording or republishing them needs the author’s permission.
- Talaqa may hide a group or an account that is abusive, impersonating, or advertising a misleading price.
Liability
Talaqa arranges the meeting, the payment and the follow-up. Teaching quality stays with the teacher or the school. Algerian law applies in a dispute.
